What does AIESEC offer?

AIESEC is an independent international student organization that operates in more than 90 countries at over 800 universities. AIESEC in Tampere functions at both universities, and therefore it offers its members a possibility to meet people with diverse interests and educational backgrounds.

This website gives a brief introduction to what you can achieve throught being active in AIESEC. Your first steps in the organization, and those that follow, all follow the so-called AIESEC Experience model. Although the opportunities are the same for everyone, each member creates his/her own personal experiences and sets goals on how to utilize the existing network and possibilities. AIESEC itself supports and helps everyone to reach for new experiences and test one's limits by constantly developing on a personal level.
